Terms of Sales

ARTICLE 1 – RATES AND PAYMENTS
 
Our prices are net, services and VAT included, excluding tourist taxes.
 
 
 
Methods of payment accepted:
 
Credit card - Visa card – Mastercard – American Express – Check – Holiday voucher (up to 50% of the total stay) – Cash.
 
Invoices are drawn up and payable in Euros.
 
ARTICLE 2 – RESERVATION
 
Prices are per night and per room, breakfasts not included.
 
In order to confirm the reservation, a deposit must be paid with the bank details (credit card number with validity date) for stays of 1 to 4 nights a deposit corresponding to the first night, for stays of 4 nights or more : 30% of the total amount of the stay will be requested.
 
The fact of sending us the bank card details is considered as an authorization to debit your account and cannot subsequently be contested.
 
Customers making a reservation (whatever the medium) are then irrevocably bound to the acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.
 
Regardless of the method of payment, a credit card number and the debit of the 30% deposit must be provided to confirm the reservation.
 
TWO TYPES OF RATES OFFERED:
 
Flexible: In this case the cancellation and modification conditions are defined by articles 4 and 5.
 
· Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable: Full payment upon reservation.
 
 
 
ARTICLE 3 - PROVISION OF ROOMS
 
The rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 12 p.m. on the day of departure.
 
A late check-out is possible, subject to availability, until 1.30 p.m. and will be charged €15 per room.
 
Any overrun after 1:30 p.m. will result in the invoicing of an additional night.
 
In case of late arrival (after 10 p.m.) please notify us at 04.66.51.51.65.
 
 
 
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and in non-smoking areas. All our rooms are non-smoking. Ashtrays are placed on the balconies or terraces where smoking is permitted. The hotel reserves the right to claim the amount of one night for additional cleaning costs from the customer who smokes in his room.
 
Any degradation or disappearance of objects present on your arrival in the room, will give rise to a levy on your credit card.
 
In the event of non-compliance with the internal rules of the hotel, the customer will be asked to leave the hotel without being able to demand any refund.
 
ARTICLE 4 - MODIFICATION OF BOOKING
 
Any modification of reservation is possible without additional costs subject to availability, up to 5 days before the date of the stay and must be expressed in writing. The prices being different according to the seasons, the final amount of the stay can be different after modification of the reservation. If the modification is not possible, the customer is required to respect the original reservation or submit to the cancellation conditions.
 
ARTICLE 5 - CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
 
Any cancellation, even partial, must be expressed in writing.
 
No cancellation of stay will be taken into account by telephone call.
 
CONDITIONS FOR ANY CANCELLATION INTERVENING:
 
· MORE THAN 15 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL: No booking fees will be applied and the deposit will be refunded.
 
FROM 15 DAYS TO 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL: the deposit will be transformed into a credit note (valid for 12 months) for a future stay.
 
LESS THAN 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be retained as cancellation.
 
ARTICLE 6 - EARLY DEPARTURE
 
For any early departure, the remaining nights remain the responsibility of the customer, any stay started is fully invoiced.
 
ARTICLE 7 - NO SHOW
 
In case of no show (no show), the total amount of the stay will be charged as cancellation.
 
ARTICLE 8 - COMPLAINTS
 
Any dispute or complaint can only be taken into consideration if it is formulated in writing and sent by registered letter to the Oustau Camarguen within a maximum of 8 days, after the departure of the customer.
 
ARTICLE 9 - FORGOTTEN BUSINESS
 
Items left or abandoned will be kept for a maximum of 1 year. If the customer requests the return of his belongings by parcel or mail, it will be done with a follow-up. The shipment will be made after the payment by the customer of the shipping costs.
 
IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CUSTOMER WITH ONE OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE HOTEL OPERATOR WILL BE OBLIGATED TO INVITE THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
