Since its creation, we have given a central place to respect for the environment. For us, for you and for future generations, we make every effort to minimize the impact of our activity on the environment.
WE ARE EDUCATING OUR TEAMS AND OUR CUSTOMERS:
Our environment manager has received specific training on the challenges of sustainable tourism, environmental preservation and CSR;
Our teams are trained in eco-gestures to respect in their daily tasks;
We choose our service providers and suppliers based on their sustainable and social commitments;
We offer bike rental as an alternative to limit car travel.
WE SAVE WATER AND ENERGY:
We have installed water savers/pressure reducers on taps and showers so as not to deplete the resource;
We have set up an alert in the event of over-consumption of water and electricity to better manage our consumption;
We use water from the lower Rhône to water the green spaces and thus limit the use of drinking water
We replace each bulb with an LED or low consumption bulb and have already fitted more than 90% of our lighting;
We have installed presence detectors or timers in the corridors to limit energy waste
We are committed to the development of renewable energies (installation of solar panels for electricity)
WE LIMIT AND SORT WASTE:
We have set up several selective sorting points (in particular in the car park for customers);
We sort all types of waste, even bio-waste for our composter;
We work with a majority of products in large packaging to limit unnecessary packaging;
We only offer hospitality products on request in order to reduce the production of packaging waste;
We have set up displays to support our customers in the sorting process in accordance with local regulations;
We do not offer any disposable tableware and provide customers with reusable eco-cups for your stay;
WE ARE ATTENTIVE TO THE WELL-BEING OF OUR CUSTOMERS:
You will find in our shop many products from our region and coming directly from producers;
We cook meals based on seasonal and local products and we adapt to certain special diets;
The products used for cleaning the rooms are all eco-labelled, which offers better air quality and fewer health risks;
AND MORE :
We donate our old equipment and furniture (Emmaus, neighbours, etc.)
